We are Jordan and Veronica Smith, and we founded Smith House Company to help people love where they live.

We bought our first home in 2007 and found ourselves with a common problem: we loved where we lived, but we didn’t love our home. We wanted a home that was tailored to us and the way we lived. So we did what any young and dumb couple would do - we gutted the house before we even made our first mortgage payment! We learned a lot during that first remodel and it started us on our journey of creating tailored spaces that just work.

We love what we do. We love getting to know our clients individual needs, tastes, and desires and then crafting a home that is uniquely theirs. We love the challenge of building healthy, high quality homes at a great value and as efficiently as possible. And we love creating spaces that reflect our clients best version of themselves.

Outside of work, we are raising four kids and enjoy hiking and biking all the great trails around Austin. Jordan also enjoys educating homeowners and builders on best practices and is a regular speaker at National Home Builder Association events. We also post regularly to our IG and YouTube accounts: @jordansmithbuilds and @smithhouse_co.
